  • How do I upgrade my hosting plan?

    Log in to your client area, open the service you want to upgrade and click "Upgrade / Downgrade". Changes apply immediately and the invoice is prorated.

  • Where can I download invoices?

    All invoices are available under Billing → My Invoices in your client area, in PDF format.

  • Do you provide hands-on migration help?

    Yes — every new hosting client is entitled to a free migration assist from their previous provider. Open a ticket and our team will take care of the rest.

  • How do I report a security incident?

    Send an email to security@digikuntz.com with a description, IP addresses and any logs. Our team responds within 30 minutes, 24/7.
